A booking that happens on WhatsApp is a patient she can’t email again
Fredericka is a registered dietitian in Accra. A booking that happens over WhatsApp leaves her with a chat thread and no easy way to follow up with the patient.
The brief was to move every booking onto her own site, so that each one leaves her with a patient she can contact again. I built the site, the booking and payment flow, and the emails behind it.
